Day by day
Everything planned, from the first train whistle to the last dinner. Want to change something? We'll tailor it.

Srinagar sits on the banks of the Jhelum River, surrounded by the Himalayas. After check-in and a short rest, take in the local sights: Dal Lake with its traditional houseboats, and the famous Mughal gardens of Nishat Bagh and Shalimar Bagh with their fountains and flowers.

Gulmarg is famous for its snow-covered slopes and mountain scenery. Enjoy skiing, sledding and other snow activities, and ride the Gulmarg Gondola high into the mountains for spectacular views of snowy peaks and valleys.

Pahalgam is a land of green valleys, snow-capped peaks and peaceful rivers. Explore Betaab Valley, ride a pony to Chandanwari, stroll the meadows of Mini Switzerland and see Tulian Lake surrounded by majestic mountains.

Sonamarg, the "Meadow of Gold", offers breathtaking scenery. Visit the Thajiwas Glacier, travel towards the dramatic Zoji La Pass, and experience the snowy landscapes of Zero Point high in the Himalayas.

Begin at the hilltop Shankaracharya Temple, visit Hazratbal Dargah beside Dal Lake, and explore the Mughal gardens of Shalimar and Nishat Bagh. The highlight is a relaxing shikara ride across Dal Lake, past houseboats and floating gardens.

Travel from Srinagar to Katra through green valleys, mountains, rivers and small villages. Katra is the base for the sacred Vaishno Devi pilgrimage, so take a moment to soak in its spiritual atmosphere before continuing to Jammu. From Jammu, head on to Delhi as the mountains slowly give way to plains and busy towns.

Start at Humayun's Tomb, a 16th-century Mughal masterpiece with grand gardens and an impressive dome. Visit India Gate, the war memorial honouring Indian soldiers, then the Red Fort, built by Emperor Shah Jahan, and Jama Masjid, one of India's largest mosques.

Travel to Agra, one of India's most famous historical cities. See the Taj Mahal, built by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal, with its white marble, detailed carvings and peaceful gardens. Then explore Agra Fort, the red sandstone fort that was once the main residence of the Mughal emperors.

Visit Qutub Minar, famous for its height, detailed carvings and Indo-Islamic architecture, and the serene Lotus Temple. Shop for clothes, accessories and footwear at Sarojini Market and Karol Bagh, then begin the journey back to Kerala with a lifetime of memories.
